Seller warrants that the product conforms to its chemical description and a reasonably fit for the purpose and period stated on the label, when used in accordance with directions under normal conditions of use and stored in cool, dark and dry place, which is suitably equipped, ventilated, soundly constructed with proper roofing and floor and adequately protected against exposure to direct sunlight and heat, rain water, seepage, salinity and is in good state of maintenance with original sealed, undamaged containers.
But neither this warranty nor any other storage of this product contrary to label instructions, or under abnormal condition warranty of merchantability of fitness for particular purpose, expressed or implied, extend to use reasonable to seller and buyer assumes the risk of any such or defective storage.
